Our speaker today was Juli Knight with Coldwell Banker. So many members have had wonderful experiences working with Juli…a better real estate agent doesn’t exist!
She discussed the existing tax credits and the extension to April of 2010. She also shared 10 home buying mistakes…Doing it on your own, 1st site buying, not pre-qualified/approved, overbuying, skipping the fine print…you get the idea. What’s great about Juli is she always goes the extra mile…offering decorating tips and helping out where needed.
